Mugsy Pop Up.
While many brands launch brick-and-mortar locations before expanding to e-commerce, Mugsy reversed the model by opening a retail store after establishing a strong online presence.
The pop-up location was designed to create scarcity and excitement while elevating the brand’s retail identity. Positioned alongside premium retailers such as Nordstrom and Hugo Boss, the store served as both a sales channel and a brand awareness platform.
I led the development and operations of the store, overseeing logistics, staffing, inventory management, and overall store design. Responsibilities included sourcing and installing fixtures and décor, integrating the POS system, merchandising, and managing day-to-day operations.
The location generated over $250,000 in revenue within its first six months.
